Refund policy

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at supplementgps@mvi-solutions.com,  or by calling 1-888-434-1080  M-F, from 8am to 5pm EST. You will be provided a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) that must be included in your return package. You, the customer, are responsible for return postage. We recommend you use trackable/traceable mail.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Returns Department C/O Supplement GPS , 28 Trade Road, Plattsburgh, NY 12901 

When your return is received you will be reimbursed the product cost, less shipping fees, to the method of payment used to place the order. If you mailed in a check or money order, your refund will be sent via company check from Supplement GPS to the address on file.
